Strategic Direction successfully designed and delivered integrated programmes for graduates, junior managers and middle managers. Each programme comprised seven modules run over a 20 month period and covered Finance, Leaderships, Interpersonal skills, Strategy, Project Management, Presentation Skills, and Change Management.
Strategic Direction continues to run these integrated management programmes and they are now in their sixth year. Participants from previous years recommend the course internally and also nominate their own staff. Without any internal marketing the annual intake is oversubscribed.
